EU · MiCA

Institutional DeFi for the EU.

MiCA · CASP · ZK · 30 EEA states

Built for the post-1-July European institution.

MiCA gave the European Economic Area the most harmonised crypto rulebook on earth. The grace period closes on 1 July 2026. ımyo is the on-chain venue designed for the day after — for the regulated asset manager, the MiCA-authorised CASP, the corporate treasurer, and the family office that need a counter-party they can underwrite.

EU-B

Why ımyo fits the EU mandate.

compliance · custody · reporting
  • MiCA-aware compliance. ZK-Identity lets MiCA-authorised CASPs prove their licensed status on-chain without disclosing entity name or trade size. Compliance teams see what they need; nobody else sees anything.
  • ART / EMT collateral. Tier-1 acceptance is contingent on issuer authorisation under MiCA (or equivalent regimes elsewhere). Asset-referenced and e-money tokens that meet the new prudential standards qualify by default; legacy stablecoins that do not, do not.
  • Travel-rule integration. MiCA dovetails with the EU's Transfer of Funds Regulation; the originator/beneficiary metadata required for cross-CASP transfers is captured at the protocol layer.
  • T+0 reporting in formats your finance team already speaks. Direct feeds into SAP, Oracle Financials, TaxBit and EU-specific ERP pipelines. See the reporting API.
  • Siloed risk surface. A failure on Ethereum cannot drain a Sui position; a failure on Sui cannot drain an Ethereum position. The April 2026 contagion is precisely the risk a regulated EU mandate cannot underwrite. Read the post-mortem.

The path in.

onboarding · timeline
1 · Identification
An EU institution writes to info@imyo.com from a verified institutional domain. We respond within five business days.
2 · Compliance handshake
The institution completes KYC/AML through an accredited provider; the resulting attestation is published on-chain as a ZK-proof, not a plaintext record.
3 · Allowlist
The institution is added to the pre-launch allowlist. Tier-1 collateral (BUIDL, BENJI, USDY, MiCA-compliant stablecoins) is available from day one of mainnet.
4 · Mainnet · Q3 2026
The launch silos (Sui and Ethereum, both priority one) go live together; further ecosystems follow by institutional demand. Allowlist users shape initial risk parameters and policy.
